What qualifies
Any new Pro licence bought through your link, any tier. Renewals do not; the first year does.
What does not
Buying through your own link, coupon-site listings, or bidding on the Cartless name in paid search. Reviews should say what you think — a bad honest review with your link in it is fine.

If you cover WordPress or e-commerce on YouTube, ask for a licence to test with before you decide anything. Email support and say what you make.
