The software
Cartless and Cartless Pro are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may run, study, modify and redistribute the code under that licence's terms. A Pro licence key does not change the licence of the code; it grants the things below.
What a Pro licence includes
A Pro licence entitles the licence holder, for its term, to activate Cartless Pro on the number of sites the tier allows, to receive updates through the WordPress dashboard, and to support by email. Features are unlocked by tier, as listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
What counts as a site
One WordPress installation at one domain. A staging subdomain of that domain — staging.example.com for example.com — does not count against the limit. A multisite network counts each site in the network. Moving a licence from one site to another is done from the licence screen and does not use an activation.
Renewal and lapse
Licences renew automatically at the end of their term, annually or monthly as purchased, until cancelled. A lapsed licence stops updates and support and switches Pro features off. It never breaks a live funnel: an upsell step on a lapsed licence passes the buyer straight through to the thank-you page, and nothing is charged.
Refunds
Every new Pro purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. The refund policy says how it works.
Seller
Cartless Pro is sold by Freemius, Inc., as merchant of record, on behalf of [SELLER — legal name and address, to be completed before launch]. Freemius issues the invoice and handles VAT and payment. Its terms apply to the transaction.
No warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, as the GPL states. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
