Refund policy

Thirty days, no questions

If Cartless Pro is not what you needed, ask within 30 days of a new purchase and it is refunded in full to the original payment method. You do not have to say why. There is no free trial on purpose — a trial expiring on a live funnel has no safe outcome — so this is the risk reversal instead.

Renewals

Renewals are not refundable after 30 days from the renewal date. Cancel before the renewal and nothing further is charged; the licence runs to the end of the paid term.

How to ask

Email support@getcartless.com from the address the licence was bought with, or use the refund option in your Freemius account. Freemius, the merchant of record, issues the refund; it usually appears within five working days, depending on your bank.

What happens to the licence

The licence is deactivated on refund. Pro features switch off; a live funnel keeps working, because the free plugin never depended on them — an upsell step simply passes the buyer through to the thank-you page.
